We intend to act reasonably to protect your privacy, but we cannot guarantee security against issues beyond our control. To better protect your privacy, we provide this Policy explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Information Collected From You This Policy applies only to information we collect via the website www.tapainstitute.com, email, telephone, electronic devices and other interactive services. Minors We do not intend to collect any personal data from a child under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal data from a child under the age of 16, and do not have parent or guardian consent on file, we will delete such personal data from our records. In addition to TAPA, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors TAPA. Financial information 

If you elect to pay for tutoring lessons with a credit card, we will collect your name, credit card number, expiration date, and address information associated with the account. All financial information, other than credit card numbers, is stored and encrypted in our System in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not store credit card numbers. 

Use of cookies 

TAPA uses cookies to help create a better user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to your browser from a web server and may be stored on your computer’s hard drive. TAPA uses cookies to better customize your experience on the website based on User attributes like your location and account preferences. No personal data information is stored in our cookies. While you may elect to disable or delete cookies from your browser at any time, please note that this action may limit your use of TAPA services that require cookies. You can control advertising cookies from Google, by using its Ads Preference Manager. Any comments which are posted that violate New York law will be deleted and disclosed to law enforcement authorities. Any comments which are posted that violate our rules will also be deleted.
