- Online courses and bundles purchased on Learn TAPA Institute (self-paced products)

Tutoring Session Packages — Reimbursement for Unused Sessions

TAPA Institute offers 1, 3, 6, or 9-hour tutoring packages. Unused hours may qualify for reimbursement under the terms below.
Eligibility
- Applies only to unused, undelivered tutoring hours/sessions.
- Sessions already delivered are not reimbursable.
How reimbursement is calculated
Request deadline
- Submit in writing within 30 days of purchase.
Scheduling note
- Missed sessions due to failure to attend or late cancellation may be treated as used, consistent with booking terms.
Physical Products (If Applicable) — No Returns; Limited Replacements

Physical products (such as hard-copy books), if offered, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@tapainstitute.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If verified, we may provide a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.
