Digital products provide immediate access to proprietary content. For that reason, they are non-refundable.

  • Downloadable materials and digital books
  • Online courses and bundles purchased on Learn TAPA Institute (self-paced products)

Tutoring Session Packages — Reimbursement for Unused Sessions

Unused, undelivered tutoring hours may qualify for reimbursement under the terms below.

TAPA Institute offers 1, 3, 6, or 9-hour tutoring packages. Unused hours may qualify for reimbursement under the terms below.

Eligibility

  • Applies only to unused, undelivered tutoring hours/sessions.
  • Sessions already delivered are not reimbursable.

How reimbursement is calculated

(Total paid ÷ total hours in the package) × unused hours

Request deadline

  • Submit in writing within 30 days of purchase.

Scheduling note

  • Missed sessions due to failure to attend or late cancellation may be treated as used, consistent with booking terms.
How to request: Email info@tapainstitute.com with purchaser name, order/receipt number, tutoring package, and unused hours requested.

Physical Products (If Applicable) — No Returns; Limited Replacements

No returns or exchanges. Damage/incorrect item support within 7 days of delivery.

Physical products (such as hard-copy books), if offered, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@tapainstitute.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If verified, we may provide a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.

Nonrefundable by default, with lawful exceptions and service-specific terms where applicable.
